A little bit about James Ransom on a personal level and how his personality and lifestyle ties into his real estate career. His perspective on real estate transactions with a data-backed analysis but a human-centric approach has clearly defined why his style of helping people buy and sell real estate, and has become an important model throughout all facets of his life. Bio: As a native to Southern California, I was born in Lakewood and moved to Huntington Beach in 1995. While being a citizen of Surf City for the past 24 years, I've had the privilege of watching the area develop into the international destination that it has become. Following my graduation from CSULB with a bachelor in business - marketing, I obtained my real estate license and joined the top-producing real estate team in Orange County. In 2017, I branched out on my own and joined Compass to begin working on creating a business model that I feel appropriately represents what the real estate industry needs; results without sacrificing customer service. I pride myself on my customer service and my ability to analyze data to deliver useful information to help my clients make the best decisions for their situation. My clients have also appreciated my wealth of neighborhood knowledge, and my no-nonsense approach that entails being 100% transparent through all phases of a transaction. I work all coastal cities but my knowledge is greatest in Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa. If you're interested in buying or selling a home, please give me a call. Even if you decide to go in another direction, I promise you'll find value in our conversation that you can use for your future home sale/purchase. It all starts with understanding. To understand you must be able to communicate effectively. That's why no matter how much useful data a company or computer can provide you, the number one tool you can use is your human ability to exercise empathy. Understand people and everything else becomes secondary.
