James Ransom
James Ransom was born in Lakewood and has lived in Huntington Beach since 1995. He studied business marketing at CSULB, began his real estate career around 2010 on a top producing Orange County team, and in 2017 became the first Huntington Beach agent to join Compass. Since 2022 he has closed more downtown Huntington Beach listing sales than any other agent: 18 closed listing side sales from January 1, 2022 through October 12, 2026, including the new construction residences at 414 Main Street (source: CRMLS).
